If you’re considering a product for cancellation or return, please note the following:

I. Cancellation Policy

We sincerely hope that you would not wish to cancel an order once placed. That being said, if the situation does arise, kindly note our policy as given below:

We will be able to accept cancellation requests any time before we ship your order to the time product is delivered to you at no additional cost.

A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button can mean: The item has been delivered already OR The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card, Grocery, Beauty Range)

II. Return Policy

1. Return (including refund or exchange/ replacement) will be provided if: the GIGOODS customer service is intimated within 72 hours of delivery of the product to your address about the customer’s desire to seek a refund/exchange.

2. Further, no Return (including refund or exchange/ replacement) will be available if: the product is returned to vendor address after the 12 days returns period has expired. (counted from day of delivery of product).

3. Return (Refund or Exchange/ replacement) will be processed only if:

  • • Item received is physically damaged
  • • Item received has missing parts or accessories
  • • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page
  • • Item received is defective/does not work properly
  • • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  • • the product is not different from what was shipped to you
  • • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Note:

If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product.

4. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions for a successful refund or exchange/replacement:

Complete item: product with brand outer box; all original accessories in manufacturer packaging.

Correct item: product with MRP Tag attached; Tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Unused item: product in its original condition; product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged item: product in its original size, not-damaged, or otherwise unaltered after delivery.

Undamaged Packaging: to be returned products should be packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit; maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the tags.

5. Strictly, no return (Refund or Exchange/ Replacement) will be given in the following cases:

  • • product that have been used, resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery and before arriving back at vendor location won't be accepted for return
  • • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered
  • • In case of minor design and colour variations. With hand crafted products there will always be some variation between products
  • • Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer
  • • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • • On three failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • • A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled by courier owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories
  • • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned

Refund for Customer

Once the shipment is delivered, you can always return for refund after receipt of product within specified return period.

Items should be returned to vendor address within 12 days of receipt of delivery using either the Online Returns Centre or self-courier. It can take up to 10 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfilment centre, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Note:

If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product for refund.

Exchange/Replacement for Customer

Once the shipment is delivered, you can always return for exchange/ replacement after receipt of product, mentioned as non-returnable, within specified return period and provided the exact item is available with the same seller.

The free exchange order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned to vendor.

Items should be returned to vendor address within 12 days of receipt of delivery using either the Online Returns Centre or self-courier. It can take up to 2 days to dispatch new product once an item has reach us. Once the product is shipped from vendor, you can always check and track the status in order menu of your account.

Note:

  • • A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
  • • If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.
  • • If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.
  • • If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product for exchange.

This item is Non-Returnable due to consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

6. Beauty

This item is Non-Returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

7. Handmade Customizable Products

Once Customized the item is Non-Returnable due to its specially designed only for you. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products with minor design and colour variations.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards once purchased cannot be cancelled or returned due to regulatory restrictions.

IV. Return Pick Up and Self Ship Guidelines

  • • Your return is sent back to the vendor directly.
  • • A return will not be processed owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.
  • • A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with GIGOODS refund policy, once the item is received at our fulfilment centre.

Return Pick-up

  • • Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and the items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, User-Ship Return option will be automatically selected.
  • • Before pick-up the product will be checked for the conditions for a successful refund/ exchange.

Return with User-Ship

  • • User-Ship of any item without the concern discussion with our team for return will not be entertained for return.
  • • You can User-Ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities.
  • • Enclosures:
  • 1. Declaration of Order ID and return reason to be paste on the return package
  • 2. A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned must be placed inside the return package/ use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.
  • 3. Return Label with return address and tracking barcode pasted on return package. This documentation is available on our Returns Centre.
  • • In case of self-ship, return shipping charges will be refunded in accordance with GIGOODS refund policy.

Note:

If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy (Proof of Delivery POD) of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain. We will replace the package. If same product is not available, you can purchase any other products of same value or wait for us to confirm the next delivery status.

If the package is tampered, refuse to accept the delivery and return it through the courier.
