Shipping Policy

At GIGOODS, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.

Vendors generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between working days, Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to lockdown, weather conditions, strikes and red zones (in case of COVID situation).

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • • The geographical location of vendor offering the product
  • • Product's availability with the vendor
  • • The distance between location of the vendor and the destination to which you want the order shipped to
  • • and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra.
Please enter your default pin code on the product page to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

If you haven't provided your pin code until the checkout stage, the pin code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.
